In addition, these groups asked to conduct training seminars (most likely only once) and then scrapped. Sifu Paul Vunak was actually sought after and invited to implement a program on how to assault rapidly an individual or group!

One of Sifu Vunak's greatest lessons is this: "Yes you can do all these destructive moves, but can you do this against a _____ or a ________?" (Learn what those two things are when you train with us) Don't be locked within the confines of one school!

Be confident that your growth will never plateau! Because the instructors are constantly improving their skills, so will you. We maintain a close rapport with Sifu Vunak, which includes private and semi-private training, conference calling, and improving our own mental and spiritual growth. Not only that, we have a core group of instructors that maintain open lines of communication and help perpetuate the growth of this program. This is a UNIQUE training experience! A great question to ask other instructors is: “How much time have you spent training with your teacher(s)?" Be specific; find the number of hours and quality of the training (being in a seminar setting is quite different than individualized training). Also, understand the lineage and history of that link. Find out if they are being honest and to the point, or if they are spinning it to give themselves credibility.
