BRUCE LEE’s Jeet Kune Do
“The Way of the Intercepting Fist” was Bruce Lee’s method of liberating himself from the restrictions of how martial arts were taught. One of its philosophies is “accept what is useful, reject what is useless, and add what is specifically your own.”
